  3. Non-Transferable: Payments made for services are non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

  4. Exception – Approved Refunds: In rare and exceptional cases where a refund is approved at the sole discretion of the company, we will credit the refundable amount to the original source account within 5–7 business days.
