Welcome to Ethical Human Technology Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By engaging with our services, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services
Ethical Human Technology Private Limited is a service-based company providing a wide range of digital solutions, including but not limited to web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, software solutions, consulting, and IT support.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • The client agrees to provide complete, accurate, and timely information necessary for the execution of the services.
  • Any delays caused due to the client’s failure to provide necessary inputs or approvals may result in an extended timeline.

3. Approval Process

  • Prior to the initiation of any task, we require written approval (via email or signed document) from the client on the scope, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Once the work is approved and commenced, any changes requested may involve additional charges and extended delivery timelines.

4. Payments

  • All payments must be made as per the agreed terms in the project contract or invoice.
  • Delay in payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights for the final deliverables, upon full payment, will be transferred to the client unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
  • We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio for promotional purposes unless otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ethical Human Technology Private Limited will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.
Our maximum liability under any circumstances shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the services rendered.

7. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of this agreement.
  • In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed and approved up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of District Court, Nadia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
